covid19 precautionary measures

It is a viral disease which developed in china in as town named as Wuhan wet market . This market

gained huge attention from the rise of COVID -19 . This disease turned the world around has it

spread to millions and millions of people around in the world. COVID is one of the invisible enemies

that is killing people globally.

These are the some symptoms identified

Fever , tiredness, dry cough , aches and pains, sore throat etc

Yes, it the one the dangerous seen not only in elders but also younger people, nor this disease can

be identified easily because it doesn’t show symptoms to all, some people might not be having covid

symptoms but we are judge them if she / he is having covid.

Furthermore there is no cure available yet . Taking precautions is the only way to reduce the

chances of infection .

THESE ARE THE FEW THINGS WE NEED TO BE AWARE:

This virus remains in fabric for 12 hours, normal washing of clothes is advised but it would be always

better to put the clothes under sun for 4 hours so it kills the virus.

Try avoiding non veg and other cold food items.

You might face high fever or unable to breathe, like when u feel lke your drowning in water if at all

you feel this condition consult doctor as soon as possible.

This virus lives at least 12 hours in a metal surface, so if you think you have touched any metal

surface make sure wash hands or sanitize.


THESE ARE SOME PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN :

Maintain 3 meter distance between you and another individual

Wear masks

Drink more water as possible, keep yourself hydrated.

Go under sun for a long time.

The most common way is to not to touch public things, the virus only stays in your hands only for 5 –

10 minutes but if you rub your eyes or nose there is lot of chances for virus to spread , wash hands

when you touch anything.


Apart from washing hands always gargle your mouth with Luke warm water to eliminate the germs

in your throat.

To fight this disease we need to have a strong immune system for this you need to meditate and

keep yourself fit , consume fruits and green vegetables to get immunity.


This virus is only a early warning. The nature may have many such disease in our coming years .


PREVENTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE.
